Jeremy Voss

Jeremy Voss, President & CEO of Springer Voss Construction (SVC), is a distinguished business leader with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. His career began with top General Contractors such as Haskell, Hardin (now DPR), and PCL Construction before he ventured into entrepreneurship by co-purchasing Springer Construction in 2019.

A graduate of the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction, Jeremy's vast expertise spans numerous sectors including hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, multi-family residential, student housing, parking structures, aviation, and office building construction and renovation.

Under his strategic and visionary leadership, SVC has seen remarkable growth, largely driven by Jeremy’s commitment to developing a high-performing team of Project Managers and Superintendents. His leadership style emphasizes a client-first approach, fostering long-term relationships and delivering superior results. This dedication has positioned SVC as a key player in Central Florida’s construction landscape, contributing to over 500 new construction and renovation projects across Polk County.

His influence extends beyond his company, as he actively participates in community development. He serves as the Investor Relations Committee Chair of the Central Florida Development Council and is a Board Member of the Central Florida BCN Gator Club. His dedication to mentoring is evident through his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors for ACE Mentors Polk County, where he helps guide and inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

Jeremy's passion for mentorship, coupled with his leadership, has earned SVC numerous accolades, including being named 'Best Contractor & Construction Company' by Best of (Winter) Haven, ranking in the 'Top 50 Contractors' by Business Observer, and being recognized four times as a Gator 100 award recipient. He was also honored in the ENR Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2016, is a graduate of Winter Haven Leadership Class 39, and completed the Polk Vision LEAD Class of 14.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending quality time on the lake with his wife and their three boys, balancing a busy professional life with his love for the outdoors.
