Jeremy Voss

With over 20 years of construction experience, Jeremy leads the growth and strategic direction of SpringerVoss Construction while ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.  His focus on leadership and culture radiates through the company, and his dedication to long-term client relationships greatly contributes to SpringerVoss’ continued success. 

Jeremy is a graduate of University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction and was recognized in ENR Top 40 Under 40 Class of 2016.  He is a graduate of Winter Haven Leadership Class of 39, and also completed Polk Vision LEAD Class of 14.  Devoted to spreading knowledge, Jeremy also takes an active role in the ACE Mentorship program in helping shape young minds and encourage the next generation to become involved in construction.

Outside of the office, he can usually be found on the lake fishing, hunting, and spending quality time with his wife and three boys.
