Originally founded in 1987 in Lakeland, Florida, Springer Construction established a strong reputation as a family-owned commercial construction firm serving the greater Polk County area.
In 2019, the company transitioned ownership and entered a new phase of growth, building upon its established foundation and long-standing presence in the community.
In August 2023, the company was rebranded as Springer Voss Construction, Inc., reflecting an evolution of the business while continuing to serve many of the same clients, partners, and communities.
Today, under the leadership of Cole Springer, the company continues to honor its roots while advancing a forward-looking vision for the future. Backed by a dedicated team of experienced construction professionals, the organization remains committed to delivering high-quality projects that support the region’s continued growth.
